Part-time Prequalification Administrator

Airconmech Prequalification AdministratorAirconMech is a leading provider of Mechanical and Electrical engineering in Ireland for HVAC. Based at our Enniscorthy office Co Wexford, we are now seeking a part-time (20 hours) experienced Prequalification Administrator to join our expanding team.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience completing prequalification submissions via etenders and in hard copy format for public procurement contracts along with prequalification submissions for Main Construction/Consultancy companies as required.

This person must have a suitable mechanical qualification to understand the technical requirements within the prequalification document and the ability to assess our relevant technical capability.

The position will report into the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities

  • Working with the Sales & Marketing Manager, recommend suitable public procurement prequalifications for submission for approval by the CEO.
  • Complete all elements of the QW3/4 application to a high standard for approval by the CEO.
  • Liaise with the relevant Public Procurement team to understand the full requirements of the Suitability Questionnaire.
  • Working with the Health and Safety team complete all prequalification documentation for leading Main Construction/Consultancy companies.
  • Develop a suite of professional materials to support each prequalification.
  • Liaise with Project Managers to capture details of all works completed for central access.

 

Specialist knowledge and Skills

  • Relevant third level qualification in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • High level of organizational and accuracy skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good time management skills in order to prioritise workload.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
