Right now we are looking for an experienced Mechanical Surveyor reporting to our Senior Estimating Manager with the following skill set:
- You must be at minimum, diploma qualified or time served in the building services industry.
- Have 3-4 years relevant experience
- Have strong commerical acumen
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Design and build experience essential
- CAD experience desirable but not essential
Working with the Senior Estimating Manager you will be responsible for cost control on mechanical and electrical engineering contracts in the HVAC area. In this role you will have the opportunity to work on your own initiative and be exposed to a cross section of projects in a wide range of industries with one of Irelands leading M&E contractors. You will input into the tendering process, suggesting and managing projects that best fits our company.
